The Harrison Partnership
We are an independent practice, established by Neil Harrison in 1993.
Much of Neil’s work has involved him working with technology led start-up and early stage businesses.
We also work with established companies.
Located throughout the UK.
Neil has a strong track record of success in the securing of funding from both private and public sector sources, including equity, debt and grant sources, often combining them to provide clients with the means from which to establish, develop, or expand their business.
We have a simple philosophy – to take away the mystique that has been created in relation to the securing of many elements of corporate finance and provide a dedicated, high quality, total solution, aimed at achieving effective results.
We pride ourselves on the consistently high success rate of our assignment work, reflecting the quality of service and advice we have given over many years. A key contributor in establishing this reputation has been our complete objectivity at the earliest stage of the advisory role.
At the very outset, having agreed with the client their aims and objectives, we are realistic in assessing the likelihood of achieving a successful result. Only if we feel that we can deliver an effective solution do we go to the next stage – the agreement of terms of business and commencement of work.
Thereafter, we adopt a fully committed approach throughout the assignment role. Our advisory team possesses a complementary range of skills and experience gained from a mix of accountancy, corporate finance and public sector backgrounds. We have excellent relationships with a wide range of funding providers, many of whom introduce assignment work to us.
As an independent practice, we can provide impartial advice in our areas of specialisation without compromising existing client/adviser relationships. Indeed, we often work alongside existing advisers when undertaking assignment work.
We attribute our success and client satisfaction to the following key principles:
- Pragmatic assessment of the likelihood of achieving successful outcome
- The ability to advise upon and help clients secure finance from both private and public sector sources
- A “hands-on” personal approach throughout the client relationship
- Pro-active project management
- Complete client confidentiality
- Pre-assignment agreed fee structure
- Sole client representation
